The Traditional lacemakers of Ireland

Traditional Lacemakers of Ireland was formed in 2005 to celebrate Cork’s year as European Capital of Culture with several working and living exhibitions.

Since then, they have exhibited both at home and abroad. The group members regularly display, teach and promote the very highest standard of Irish laces made here in the South of Ireland including Carrickmacross, Limerick, Youghal, Bandon laces and Irish Crochet.

The group meets in the Nemo Rangers Complex in Douglas on the 1st Saturday of the month from 10.30 a.m. to 3 p.m. except for January and August. Visitors and guests are always welcome.
